Nominations

All Forms must be completed by October 1 to be considered for induction in that school year.

Eligibility: Any student-athlete that graduated from Indian Hill High School that has been out of school for 5 years is eligible. Members of the Indian Hill High School coaching staff and others such as Boosters, Administrators, etc. may also be nominated at any time.

Nominating: Anyone can nominate one or several candidates.

 

Any nominations received after October 1 will not be reviewed until the next year. Upon receipt of the Nomination Form, confirmation will be sent to the individual making the nomination.

Selection: The Election Governance Committee will meet and select candidates for induction based on the criteria as outlined on the Nomination Form. The Election Governance Committee may also make rules, regulations, etc. as needed to provide for the selection and procedures for induction.

Other Information: Those not selected remain candidates for the following ten years. Winners will be announced and presented with awards and recognition at a home sporting event. Selected nominees will receive recognition on the IH HOF "Wall of Fame."

HOF Mission Statement

The core purpose of the Indian Hill Schools Athletic Hall of Fame is to record, preserve and promote the accomplishments and achievements of IHS athletes, coaches, administrators, and boosters. We look to recognize those individuals/teams that have brought prominence to IHS in hopes to inspire and empower new generations to achieve at their highest level and to recognize superior achievers for their accomplishments.

HOF Info

The Indian Hill School District Athletic Hall of Fame (IHHOF) was resurrected in 2014. The IHHOF committee accepts nominations for inductees through October 1st each year. New inductees are notified of their selection in November, announced publicly in December and presented with awards and recognition at a home basketball game in January.  All honorees receive recognition on the IHHOF "Wall of Fame".

Hall of Fame candidates are accepted from all walks of athletic life - athletes, coaches, administrators, and boosters/supporters who have made a major contribution and donated their time to support athletics at Indian Hill Schools.
